With over 25 years of leadership in dental operations and healthcare management, Diane Aiguier brings a deep and diverse background to her role as CEO of Dental Specialty Consultants. Her career has been dedicated to elevating dental practices through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and practice transition support. Known for her ability to blend business acumen with hands-on industry knowledge, Diane is a trusted advisor to dental professionals navigating the ever-changing healthcare landscape.
Before founding Dental Specialty Consultants, Diane served as Chief Operating Officer of New England Family Dentistry, where she oversaw the performance and growth of more than 40 specialty dental practices. She led company-wide initiatives in process improvement, team development, and software integration, while maintaining a sharp focus on profitability, compliance, and patient satisfaction. Prior to that, she managed multimillion-dollar budgets and strategic programs as the Dental Department Administrator at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she implemented innovative systems and collaborated on academic and clinical partnerships with institutions like Harvard University.
Today, Diane specializes in guiding dental providers through practice sales, mergers and acquisitions, credentialing, financial analysis, and operational restructuring. She is also currently pursuing her Juris Doctor (JD) at the Massachusetts School of Law, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare law and contract negotiation.
Diane’s leadership is grounded in a commitment to excellence, integrity, and results. Her extensive knowledge across all dental specialties—combined with her deep understanding of the business side of dentistry, makes her a unique force in the field.
